Welcome to SUSI. These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of our website and all purchases made through our online store. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
About SUSI
SUSI is an Australian-designed jewellery brand created by Susie, specialising in statement rings inspired by architecture, history, art and iconic symbols from around the world.
Every SUSI ring is designed in Australia and handcrafted by skilled artisans in Bali, Indonesia.
Throughout these Terms & Conditions, references to SUSI, we, our and us refer to SUSI. References to you and your refer to the person using our website or purchasing from us.
Our Jewellery
SUSI rings are individually handcrafted from solid sterling silver, with selected designs featuring solid 18ct gold centrepieces, genuine gemstones, shell and other materials as described on each product page.
As our jewellery is handmade, slight variations in finish, texture and detail may occur. Natural gemstones and materials may also differ in colour, pattern and appearance, making each piece individual.
We aim to represent our jewellery accurately, although colours and proportions may vary slightly due to photography, lighting and screen settings. These variations do not necessarily indicate a fault.
All jewellery remains subject to applicable consumer guarantees.
Orders & Availability
By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate contact, payment and delivery information.
Orders are accepted once payment has been processed and an order confirmation issued. All purchases are subject to availability.
SUSI may cancel an order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, payment issues or suspected fraud. If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be provided for the cancelled items.
We may update or discontinue products without affecting existing accepted orders, except as permitted by law.
Made-to-Order Jewellery
SUSI produces rings in limited quantities, with some designs made to order.
Please allow approximately 4–5 weeks for delivery of made-to-order pieces unless otherwise stated.
As each ring is handcrafted, timeframes are estimates. We will contact you if a significant delay occurs and explain the available options.
PRICING & PAYMENTS
Prices are displayed in the currency indicated at checkout and include GST where applicable.
Prices may change without notice but will not affect accepted orders unless a genuine pricing error is identified. In this case, customers may accept the corrected price or cancel the affected order for a full refund.
Payments are processed securely through the payment methods available at checkout. Customers must be authorised to use their chosen payment method.
Any international transaction or currency conversion fees charged by payment providers are the customer's responsibility.
INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES
International customers are responsible for ensuring their purchases comply with local import requirements.
Customs duties, import taxes and other government charges may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout.

RING SIZING & JEWELLERY CARE
We recommend confirming your ring size before purchasing. Ring fit may vary depending on the design, width and temperature, as fingers naturally change size in hot and cold conditions.
SUSI jewellery should be cared for appropriately. Sterling silver may naturally tarnish, and polished surfaces may develop signs of wear over time.
Damage from misuse, accidental impact or improper care is not necessarily a manufacturing fault. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All original SUSI jewellery designs, sketches, photographs, artwork, branding, written content and website materials are owned by or licensed to SUSI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These materials may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or used commercially without written permission, except where permitted by law.
Purchasing a SUSI ring does not transfer ownership of its intellectual property rights.
WEBSITE USE & SECURITY
You agree to use our website lawfully and must not interfere with its operation, security or content.
We aim to provide accurate, up-to-date information but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that all website content will be free from errors.
Our website is built using Wix Studio and may use third-party payment and technology providers. These providers may have their own terms and conditions.
SUSI remains responsible for its obligations under applicable law.
PROMOTIONS & COMMUNICATIONS
Promotions and discounts may be subject to additional conditions and may be amended or withdrawn where legally permitted.
SUSI may contact customers regarding orders, purchases and enquiries. Marketing communications will only be sent where permitted by law, with an option to unsubscribe where required.
AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, SUSI is not responsible for losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control or from improper use of our website or products, except where we are legally responsible.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including those under Australian Consumer Law.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes in our business, website or legal obligations.
Updated terms will be published on our website. Changes will not retrospectively alter accepted purchases without the customer's agreement or another lawful basis.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of South Australia and applicable Australian Commonwealth laws.
We encourage customers to contact SUSI to resolve any concerns. Disputes may be brought before the courts or tribunals of South Australia, subject to applicable legal rights.
