Every SUSI ring is designed in Australia and handcrafted by skilled artisans in Bali, Indonesia.Each piece is individually made with care using traditional jewellery-making techniques rather than being mass-produced.

SUSI rings are handcrafted from solid sterling silver. Selected designs feature solid 18ct gold centrepieces, while others may be set with gemstones such as sapphire, amethyst, topaz and citrine, as well as natural materials such as Indonesian shell. The materials used in each ring are clearly listed in its product description.

No. Where a SUSI ring features an 18ct gold centrepiece, it is made from solid 18ct gold, not gold plating.This is really important to me when creating SUSI pieces. I want to use beautiful, enduring materials so your ring can be worn and cherished for years to come.

Yes. Every SUSI ring is individually handcrafted rather than mass-produced.Because of this, you may notice small variations in shape, finish, texture or other details from one piece to another. I think that's part of the beauty of owning something that has genuinely been made by hand.

Natural gemstones and shell can vary slightly in colour, pattern, tone, clarity and appearance.These variations are completely natural and mean that your ring may be a little different from the one photographed, making each SUSI piece that little bit more individual.

Sterling silver can naturally tarnish over time. This can happen through exposure to air, moisture, perfumes, lotions and other everyday products.SUSI rings go through an additional polishing process to give them their beautiful high-shine finish and help them stay shiny for longer.With a little care, your ring should continue to look beautiful for years to come. If your silver begins to dull over time, gently polishing it with a suitable silver polishing cloth can help restore its shine.

Your SUSI ring is made to be worn and enjoyed, but a little care will help keep it looking its best.I recommend removing your ring before swimming, cleaning or using harsh chemicals. Try to avoid unnecessary contact with perfumes, lotions and beauty products, and store your ring somewhere clean and dry when you're not wearing it. Gemstones and shell should be treated with a little extra care and protected from knocks, scratches and harsh chemicals. Small scratches and signs of everyday wear are a natural part of wearing jewellery.

Getting your size right is important, particularly with larger statement rings.Please refer to our Ring Size Guide before ordering. If you're unsure, I recommend having your finger professionally measured by a jeweller.It's also worth remembering that your fingers can change size depending on the weather and temperature. Fingers can swell when you're hot and become smaller when you're cold, so measuring when you're extremely hot or cold may affect the size you choose. For the best result, try to measure your finger when you're at a comfortable, normal temperature.Ring sizing can also vary slightly depending on the width, shape and design of a ring, so please contact me before ordering if you need some help.

Some SUSI rings may be able to be resized, depending on their design, construction and whether they contain gemstones.Resizing is assessed individually and may involve an additional charge. Some designs cannot safely be resized.If you're unsure about your size, it's always best to contact me before placing your order.

If your ring needs to be made, please allow approximately 4 weeks for production before shipping.As each piece is handcrafted, production times are estimates. Occasionally something outside our control may mean it takes a little longer, but we'll contact you if there is a significant delay.Production time is separate from shipping time.

Yes. I can work with you to create a personalised family crest or signet-style ring based on your family's crest or shield.Because these pieces are individually designed and handcrafted, please contact me to discuss your idea, timing and pricing.Please carefully check any names, initials, wording, artwork or other details you provide before your piece goes into production.

Because custom and made-to-order pieces are created specifically for you, once production has started we may not be able to cancel the order or offer a refund or exchange for change of mind.This doesn't affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law if there is a genuine fault with your ring.

Yes. SUSI welcomes international orders where international shipping is available at checkout.Shipping options and costs will be shown when you place your order.International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other government charges when they arrive in your country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Every SUSI piece is carefully made and inspected before it is sent.If your ring arrives damaged, appears to have a manufacturing fault or isn't the item you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. Where possible, contacting us within 21 days of receiving your order will help us investigate the issue promptly.Please include your order details and photographs of the item and packaging where appropriate.We'll work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
